In a period of grief following death how often is the question raised by bewildered loved ones ” what would mother or father wanted to happen?  Which of us will inherit the chattels in the house and the car? Are we to sell the house and divide the proceeds? If so are they to be shared equally bearing in mind one child has not been in touch for years? Is any thing to go to the charity they supported for many years? What about Uncle John who they provided for in a care home? Who is going to deal with all these matters? And so the list goes on and on.

How much more simple it would have been if mum and dad had made Wills before death. All of these questions could have been answered providing the loved ones with the clear wishes of their deceased parents

Making a Will is simple and relatively inexpensive . Take action NOW
